Sol Trans in partnership with O.C. Jones required from META an interpretation of existing information display kiosks for the bus terminal locations in Vallejo. Large maps are held flat with magnets and sealed with sophisticated stainless steel framed glass doors that swing wide and lock, while compressing large weather gaskets, and routing rainwater away from intrusion. Consisting of a tripod of seven feet, six inch dia. stainless steel tubes secured to footings mason bolted to the sidewalk and braced with a frame for mounting the three display cases, complete with bird deterrent, spring tensioned cable.
